Thank you Jamie and Michelle of M.W.PYLE for restoring our faith in the Building trade, not just by doing the job you originally quoted for, but the extra work that became apparent once you and Bourne Scaffolding arrived on site.
You also kept us updated where necessary and answered our questions and concerns we had. You were also easily contactable and always responded in a timely manner.

Three years ago we employed a different local contractor who undertook some remedial work for us on our roof, this resulted in us experiencing some serious issues with sub standard and defective workmanship.
Thankfully M.W.PYLE have delivered by resolving those issues and the aforementioned work that was required.
Thank you once again Jamie, Michelle and Bourne Scaffolding.

I contacted the company during the recent bad weather with a leaking chimney. Jamie came out the very next day and assessed the problem. He then sent a quote for works required that same day and arranged for roofers to attend within a couple of days on a sunday.
The roofers arrived in the morning and worked solidly through wind and rain and the occasional sun burst. They did not stop other than to grab a slurp of tea. They were very neat and tidy and very polite and were finished within 3 hours having completed all that was quoted.
I was impressed with the work ethics of all involved and not only of the work but of the attitude of the company. Thank you very much. wendy
